Tayo is a Director of Ezzential Global Services and Director of Global Allianz. He is a 1988 graduate of Insurance from the University of Lagos. He has served in various capacities in Standard Alliance Insurance Plc ranging from Head, Brokers Marketing to Regional Director (North) and General Manager (Northern Operations). Before joining Standard Alliance, he served at various times as the Head, Marketing with Executive Insurance Company and Industrial and General Insurance Company where he was Personal Assistant to the Director (Marketing). Before joining IGI in 1995, he had stints with Crystal Insurance Company, Assets Protection Insurance Brokers Aremott Banwill and Co. Insurance Brokers and Manilla Insurance Company Limited where he began his career in1988. He is a chartered member of the Insurance Institute of Nigeria, A fellow of the Institute of Corporate Administration and a 1994 Business Administration graduate of the University of Benin. He is a member of many social associations such as Golf Club, Abuja, Gains Consult (an investment club) etc.

Sola is a results-driven and accomplished Business leader with extensive experience in Strategy formulations and implementation, Business Analysis, P&L, Client Relationship Management, Performance Management, Change Management, Cost reductions, Continuous improvement, Project Management, Operational Management, Team Management, and implementing new business strategies. She graduated with Bachelor of Science degree in Pure and Applied Mathematics from Lagos State University, Lagos and an Alumni of Lagos Business School (Pan Atlantic University). She has over 20years work experience spanning across ICT, Banking, Power Generation, Telecommunications, Business Development, Project Management and Finance. She started her career with Inlaks Computers Limited; She also worked at Private Networks Nigeria Limited (PNN) and Anchor Telecoms Nigeria Limited as General Manager, Operations (Africa) developing the business across African Countries (Ghana, Cameroon, Benin and Gabon) before joining Ezzential Global Services Limited as General Manager, Operations (Africa). Her resourcefulness and undying appetite for self actualisation and excellence endeared her to attend various conferences and trainings both local and International in Africa, Europe, Asia and America

Oyesola Awodiya

Managing Director

Kolade is a graduate in Civil Engineering from The Polytechnic of Ibadan and an Advance diploma Project Management from the University of Lagos. He has over 18years’ experience in GSM and Site Build Construction with experience in all areas of BTS Site Construction. He started his career in Rigger Vinck as a Site Engineer attaining the position of Project Manager. He pioneered the Lagos Tower Audit team for all MTN sites in the region. He later joined Anchor Telecoms in 2008 as Project Manager, Construction department where he has undergone various trainings including Installation of 3G equipment, antenna, grounding and electrical system with Huawei Technologies and Certification in Effective Project Management Skills. He has constructed many MTN turnkey sites from Civil work (including tower erection), RF and Electrical works and supply of RF, Shelter, Fuel Tanks, Fence and Electrical installation materials.

Oluwakolade Aladeojebi

Project Director

Taiwo is a graduate in Physics from the University of Lagos, and a holder of Post-Graduate Diploma of Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University, Bauchi. He trained in the P&T Training Centre, and obtained a Diploma in Telecommunication Switching. He has good knowledge of Siemens, Alcatel, and Ericson Telecoms Switching equipment, Huawei MSC/HLR Operation and Maintenance; Ericson GSM Platform Operation and Maintenance. He has over 25years experience in Training, Operation and Maintenance, Planning gained from P&T/Nigerian Telecommunication Ltd. He worked at Anchor Telecoms as National Project Manager in charge of Managed Services of Huawei projects for Zain, Multilinks and Visafone. He also managed the MTN 3G E1 Transmission cross connection nationwide, Fibre link quality monitoring for MTN project in Abuja and Port Harcourt, Rigging services for MTN Network in Ibadan Region, Mobile BTS/Repeater deployment

Tope is the Head, Finance and Admin.She is an accomplished Accountant. She holds an HND in Accounting from Federal Polytechnic Ado Ekiti, Ekiti State.She is a Business Strategist and a good Financial Manager with passion for accountability and financial excellence. She is a member of Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN).
